April 9: Onion editor to speak
Joe Randazzo featured in Center for Political Communication presentation
8:31 a.m., March 10, 2011----The University of Delaware's Center for Political Communication will host Saturday Evening Satire, a political entertainment event, on Saturday April 9, at 4 p.m., in the Clayton Hall auditorium.
The event features a presentation and book signing by Joe Randazzo, comedian, author and current editor of the political satire publication The Onion, along with a production by political comedians Don Montrey and Tony Braithwaite of Philadelphia's 1812 Productions.

Free and open to the public, the event is part of the CPC's Breaking Boundaries: 2011 Symposium on Political Entertainment Media.
Saturday night will kick-off with Montrey and Braithwaite taking the stage.
Randazzo will follow, discussing his role at The Onion, the publication's evolution and his unique thoughts on the future of American politics.
Randazzo will also be answering the audience's most pressing questions in a Q&A session with a book signing to follow. Various books by Randazzo will be made available for purchase.
