2:51 p.m., March 11, 2011----University of Delaware students who want to strut their stuff and show their True Blue spirit are invited to tryout to be YoUDee, UD's award-winning mascot.
Tryouts are scheduled from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m., on Monday, March 14, in Multipurpose Room C of the Trabant University Center, and at the same times on Tuesday, March 15, in Multipurpose Room A.
Students can schedule an interview or just walk in. To schedule an interview, which is recommended, call (302) 831-2791 or email [youdee@udel.edu].
Callbacks will be held from 3-7:30 p.m., Monday, March 21.
Due to costume restrictions, students must be between 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet 1 inch tall. Those wishing to tryout for Baby Blue, YoUDee's little sidekick, must be no taller than 4 feet 11 inches.
