Zen is very simple...What are you? If you sincerely ask, "What am I?," sooner or later you will run into a wall where all thinking is cut off. We call this "Don't Know" mind. Jose is a Senior Dharma Teacher in the Kwan Um School of Zen and the Abbot of the Delaware Valley Zen Center, which he helped found in 1999. You can find Jose every Wednesday night at the New Ark United Church of Christ, 6300 Main St., leading Zen meditation practice.
