Beth A. Twiss-Garrity, Director of Programs for the National Constitution Center, was a founding member of the Visitor Research Team at Winterthur. A 1983 WPEAC graduate, she was Director of the Ebenezer Maxwell Mansion in Philadelphia from 1983-1987 and Curator of Education at Winterthur from 1987-2000.
