Undergraduate research opportunities at the
University of Delaware are open to all undergraduate interested in getting hands-on experience in their respected fields. Students majoring in
Neuroscience typically gain research experience by working in a laboratory with a neuroscience faculty mentor in the
Psychology or
Biology department. Interested students should first visit the
Undergraduate Research Program web page for more information on getting started and then directly contact the neuroscience faculty members whose research is of interest to them.
There are also numerous summer internships that neuroscience students can apply for in industry, governmental agencies, and at other universities.
