Mail is delivered to all residence halls by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and Campus Mail Services (inter-campus mail) Monday through Saturday, when residence halls are open.

Students will be notified via e-mail when they receive a package.
Please know mail service is not available when the residence halls are closed for Thanksgiving and December Break. Additionally, mail service is not available during federally recognized holidays.
On Laird Campus (Christiana Towers, George Read, Ray Street, Independence East/West, James Smith or Thomas McKean) all packages may be picked up at the Christiana Commons Front Desk seven days a week on the following schedule:
On all other parts of campus, if a package is coming from any delivery company other than U.S. Mail (USPS), package may be picked up at the Trabant University Center, Room 156, Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Packages sent through U.S. Mail (USPS), which require no signature, will be delivered with the daily U.S. Mail directly to the residence halls. These packages will be available for student pickup during evening office hours.
USPS mail or packages which require a receipt signature may be delayed if the resident is not available when the delivery person attempts to deliver.
Perishables (i.e., flowers, refrigerated medications) should be sent only when prior arrangements with the residents have been made to arrange receipt.
