    Spring 2020 Grading Changes

    The University has announced academic regulation changes pertaining to students in Spring 2020. From June 1st- 9th students will have the opportunity to request that grades posted in UDSIS be changed to the modified Pass/No Credit grading option. Grades D+ through F will be automatically updated to the modified Pass/No Credit grading option. Please note that the modified Pass/No Credit option will not be available for 868/968 (research), 869 (master’s thesis) or 969 (dissertation) courses. Once graded, you can request that eligible courses be changed via the Grading Basis Change Request Webform.

    The University has announced academic regulation changes pertaining to undergraduate students in Spring 2020. Please review the updated information, including the Undergraduate Grade Change FAQ and Undergraduate Withdrawal from Course FAQ.

    Electronic transcripts will continue to be processed as usual, without delay. U.S. Postal Service mailing, Express mailing, and in-person pickup are not available at this time. Please see the Official Transcript page for more detailed information.

    Enrollment verifications are available via student self-service in UDSIS. Please visit the Enrollment Verification page for more detailed information. We do not recommend emailing any forms that contain a social security number.

    Apostille services are currently unavailable. Please contact if you believe you are in need of a notarized diploma or notarized transcript. We are monitoring these requests and have sought additional guidance from the Department of State in an effort to assist graduates needing apostille services. If you encounter any delays in our responses or processing time, we apologize and thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Spring 2020 Graduates - Important Grades/Diploma information

    Please Note: Having a declared expected graduation term does not confirm completion of degree requirements. The Office of Graduate Studies confirms the completion of degree requirements for graduate students and the individual colleges confirm the completion of degree requirements for undergraduate students.             Diplomas Ordered June 25, 2020 - Typically arrive within 6 weeks
            Certified Electronic Diplomas Typically available 12 business days after the diploma order
