Time Report Form
  • TRFs will no longer be accepted.
  • If you have time you need to pay an employee, you should be submitting an Amended/Retro Time Sheet Request.
  • If you have time that you need to pay an employee that is for an assignment that is now inactive, you can submit a Pay Additional Assignment form to recreate that inactive assignment (be sure the Start Date goes back to the date you need to enter time for and leave the End Date blank). Once the pay additional assignment form has been approved, you can follow the Retro Time Sheet Process and complete an Amended/Retro Time Sheet Request.
  • If the employee is no longer actively working for your department, you can inactivate the assignment after the hours have been recorded.
