Dear UD students, staff, and faculty,

In the aftermath of yesterday’s shooting, I am calling on our community to stand together, in support of each other. I am appalled that social media feeds are featuring racist and stereotyped comments and misinformation. There is no place, ever, for this at UD.

If you have experienced or have witnessed discrimination or harassment, please report it to the Office of Civil Rights and Title IX Compliance. If you are struggling, support and resources are available on the Campus Alerts webpage.

We will continue to update the community with confirmed information as it becomes available.

Yours in UD,
