If you are unable to attend any of these, the University will be offering more vaccination opportunities in the coming weeks.

Also, please remember to complete this brief survey regarding your vaccination status. This is the same survey that was sent to members of the UD community earlier this month. If you completed the survey previously and your status has not changed, you do not need to complete the survey again. You can submit a new response whenever you receive the vaccine (whether first or second dose); only the most recent submission will be logged.

Please be assured that UD is absolutely committed to protecting your privacy. Vaccination data are aggregated to help the University more effectively advocate for vaccines on or near our campus to support the health of our UD community. Your individual information is kept strictly confidential.

If you have questions, please visit this list of FAQs or email coronavirus@udel.edu.

If you have already received your first dose of the vaccine, you cannot receive your second dose at this event. The provider of your first dose should have scheduled your second dose or sent you instructions on how to do so.

Sincerely,

Jared Aupperle
