The Death Penalty

Using the sources below write a one-page paper that gives 10 reasons for or against the death penalty.
This paper should be "typed" and follow the usual standards regarding written work.

Kosovo: Is there an other side to the story?

This is extra credit.
Most Americans problably regard Yugoslavian President Milosevic's actions in Kosovo as cut-an-dry example of genocide. But what arguments would he make to defend his position? Is his side of the case defensible?
For two points of extra credit write a one-page report that presents the Serbian side of the issue. Make sure that you properly cite sources of information.
Or compare and contrast NATO and Serbian accusations. How, for example, does each side describe the behavior of the other? You need to make sure each statement or attribution is properly cited.
