General Information

   Research and instruction in the application of engineering to
problems related to the human body are being conducted in the
departments of Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and
Mechanical Engineering. This is supported by the School of Life and
Health Sciences, the College of Physical Education, Athletics and
Recreation, and the departments of Chemistry and Biochemistry,
Psychology, and Animal Science and Agricultural Biochemistry.
Education and research projects also involve interaction and
cooperation with local medical centers and industrial laboratories.
