By Air:

Philadelphia International Airport is the most convenient air terminal. Ground transportation (approximately a 45 minute ride) to and from the Philadelphia International Airport is provided by Delaware Express Shuttle (302/454-7634 or 800/648-5466). Make your reservation by visiting www.delexpress.com or call ahead and identify yourself as attending the IBM Innovation in Student Services Forum and you will receive a $5.00 discount on the $30.00 one-way fare.

Service is also available to and from the Baltimore/Washington International Airport (approximately a 1 1/2 hour ride). The fare is $74.75 one-way and the $5.00 discount also applies.

By Car:

If you are driving directly to the University of Delaware:

From points North take I95 to exit 1B, Route 896N. Continue north on South College Avenue (past the Bob Carpenter Center and Delaware Stadium) until you reach central campus. Turn left onto Main Street , Trabant University Center is on the left. Turn left into the driveway and park in the parking garage on the right.

From points South follow I95 to exit 109B Elkton, MD/Newark, DE (Maryland Rt.279). Follow 279 East (which becomes Delaware Rt.2 at the Delaware State Line) to 896N and proceed as above.

If you are driving to the Christiana Hilton:
From the North: (Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey) follow I95 south to Delaware exit 4B (Stanton/Metroform). Bear right at the top of the exit ramp and proceed on Churchman's Road (Rt 58) to the 4th traffic light. Turn left onto Continental Drive. The Christiana Hilton is the the first driveway on the left.

From the South: (Baltimore, Washington D.C., Virginia) follow I95 North Delaware past the Service Center and the Christiana Mall exit. The exit following the Mall will be Exit 4B (Rt. 7 North). Proceed North on Rt. 7 to the first traffic light and turn left onto Churchmans Road (Rt. 58). At the next light make a left onto Continental Drive. The Christiana Hilton is the first driveway on the left

By Train:

The Conrail/Amtrak Station is located at Front and French Streets in Wilmington, DE. Buses leave Wilmington at 2nd and French for Newark, or you may call a taxi. Taxicab service is available by calling Yellow Cab (302/656-8151) or Diamond Cab Company (302/658-4321). Fare is approximately $40.

One Train per day from Washington and one train per day from New York stop in Newark, Delaware. Diamond Cab (302/658-4321) is available for transportation to the University of Delaware campus or the Christiana Hilton.

Buses will run to and from the Trabant University Center, departing from the Hilton Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. A transportation schedule will be included in your registration materials.

Campus Parking: If you choose to drive to campus, parking is available in the Parking Garage located directly behind the Trabant University Center. Bring your ticket to the registration Desk to be validated.
