Article 9 Summary

The Article 9 amendment of the Japanese constitution must be reevaluated based upon the current terrorist activities in the world. Though I agree that military force should not be used for political gain, it is necessary to remove terrorists prior to an attack. The amendment was established after World War II and focuses on imperialism rather than protection.
