BUAD309, Management and Organizational Behavior, is a basic course in management for junior and senior level students in the Business Administration and Accounting programs at the University of Delaware. Several other programs at the University require or recommend this course as part of their curricula as well. As a result, we usually have seven or eight sections of this course running at one time with students from several different programs within the University.
