of program:
The
Department of Fashion and Apparel Studies prepares our students for careers in
the field of fashion. Relevant curriculums for undergraduate majors in Apparel
Design and Fashion Merchandising address the design, pre-production, planning,
promotion and distribution of apparel and related products. Examining the social, psychological,
historical and cultural influences on fashion, as well as providing a basic understanding
of textile materials and production enriches our academic programs.
