We
would like to make a minor change in the general description of the
undergraduate program of the Department of Linguistics. The new introductory prose will read as
follows:

The Department of Linguistics offers
two minors at the undergraduate level: one in Linguistics and one in Cognitive
Science. The department also has course templates for students interested in
Pre-professional Speech Pathology, and in Cognitive and Linguistic Science. The
department offers courses in Linguistics and Cognitive Science at the introductory,
intermediate, and advanced levels in both applied and theoretical areas. Many
of the courses fulfill the Group A, Group C, and Group D General Education
