Undergraduate/Graduate Committee by November in order to reach the Faculty Senate

Rationale for creation, revision, or
deletion:
The number of courses, staffing, student interest, and other resources
are now available to add a minor in Chinese to the Foreign Language &
Literature Department's curriculum. The
requirements for this minor are consistent with those already available in
French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, and Classics (to be
revised as "Ancient Greek & Roman Studies).
