Undergraduate/Graduate Committee by November in order to reach the Faculty Senate
by March 1. Proposals received after
this date cannot be implemented the following year nor included in the catalog
for that year.

creation, revision, or deletion:
The revision of the minor adds
ANSC140. This core animal science course
is a prerequisite for many upper level nutrition, physiology and production
courses. The revision of the minor also
provides more program flexibility by asking students to choose one course
option from five different upper level courses instead of the two previously
required courses.

The minor in
animal science requires 18 19 credits in animal science including: ANSC 101; 111; 140; 251; 332;
441; and one course from ANSC 404, 417, 418, 420, 421; and one
course from ANSC 332. 345, 441, 436, 454.
