Effective immediately we do not have any homes available for lease. If you are interested in obtaining housing, please check this website regularly or send an email to cmckeon@udel.edu to be added to the waitlist. We are keeping record of all housing requests for future reference which will be addressed on a first request, first offered basis. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

• The University of Delaware owns a variety of houses which are available
  for employees to rent.

• Residential properties are rented to University employees based on
  availability with priority given to new employees.
