3:26 p.m., Sept. 20, 2007--A reception for the opening of Reference Point, an exhibition of art by first-year master of fine arts (MFA) students, will be held from 5-7 p.m. tonight, Thursday, Sept. 20, in Recitation Hall. The reception and show, which will be on view until mid-October, are open to the public. Gallery hours generally are from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., weekdays.

According to MFA student Eugenia Huskins, “The first-year fine arts students offer an uncommon frame through which to observe a selection of paintings, sculpture and installation work....”
