A home mailing to employees will provide more details on this exciting new wellness program, as well as information on the first DelaWell initiative, a health risk assessment (HRA) that will be available April 1-May 31. The first 6,000 University or state employees who complete the assessment will be eligible to receive $75 to acknowledge their participation.
In addition to the confidential health risk assessment, the program also provides:
- Personalized lifestyle and disease-management coaching programs;
- Online health resources, such as wellness library, drug database, calculators, recipes and daily health news;
- Communications, newsletters, incentives;
- Self-care resources and programs;
- Health and safety education resources; and
- Unlimited access to help line.
Beginning April 1, the health risk assessment can be completed online at [https://delaware.online.staywell.com]. To request a paper-based HRA, call 1-800-926-5455.
