Hotel offers special holiday lunch buffets 11 a.m., Dec. 6, 2005--Need a place to share some holiday cheer? What better way to celebrate the season than with friends and coworkers over a flavorful meal in a relaxing holiday setting? The Courtyard Newark-University of Delaware hotel is an ideal location for groups too small for a private party but too special not to gather to celebrate the season together. The Courtyard’s holiday lunch buffet includes a wide variety of foods, such as chicken coq au vin, roasted stuffed pork loin, lemon-herb-baked fish, risotto du jour, seasonal salads, fresh vegetables, wild rice, vegetable-and-cheese lasagna, mashed potatoes and rich gravy, assorted hot rolls and breads, an excellent dessert selection and homemade mousse. Also included are coffee, herbal teas, iced tea and a champagne or sparkling cider toast for every table. The special holiday lunch buffet will be served from 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., Tuesday-Thursday, Dec. 13-15. Cost is $15.95, plus $2.85 gratuity. Space is limited.
