Concert Friday to raise funds for WVUD
4:17 p.m., April 4, 2006--Local bands will perform at a fund-raiser for WVUD-FM 91.3 at 7 p.m., Friday, April 7, at Bacchus Theatre, in the Perkins Student Center. The bands--The Capitol Years, The Teeth, National Eye and Venus Transmission--will play to raise money for UD's noncommercial educational radio station.
The concert is part of the station's annual Radiothon, a 10-day fund-raising event from Friday, April 21, to Sunday, April 30.
