Oct. 16, 2002--Anthony DiMeo III, BE ’00, will appear on cable television’s “A Dating Story,” at 1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 21, on TLC (channel 44 on the local Comcast system). The episode features DiMeo taking his blind date, Carolyn, to his family’s 600-acre blueberry farm in Hammonton, NJ. The date includes a $10,000 fireworks display, planned to “end the date with a bang.” DiMeo said that the date was “incredible, it went very well. It was not a typical first date.”

DiMeo has been in the eye of the media before. He was interviewed in August on “The Today Show” for a segment with Matt Lauer. The interview segment featured DiMeo and several other young professionals discussing dating habits among young successful professionals.

DiMeo, who lives in center city Philadelphia, is a publicist who graduated from UD with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in marketing.
