Purchase Forms
nBonds purchased must be fully funded at time of purchase
(check or cash)
nFinancial Institutions will furnish stamped Certificate
of Purchase and carbon
copy of Bond Purchase Form
nFinancial Institutions will process the bond purchase
with the U.S. Treasury
nSavings Bonds will be mailed to the location specified
on the Bond Purchase Form
