Termination Actions
Termination actions are
used any time an employee leaves the University and they do not qualify for UD retirement
benefits. Termination does
lnot always indicate a problem with the
employee’s service.

(Termination) / ATT (Attendance)
Termination
of an employee due to attendance issues.
This is usually used with union employees, but could be for any employee.
lTER
(Termination) / CAU (Cause)
Used to reflect the termination of an employee who has been
unsuccessful
in their employment at the University.
