On May 21, 2004, the Greater Philadelphia Women's Studies Consortium hosted a working session for faculty from area colleges and universities. Held at Villanova University, the workshop began with presentations by Marissa Golden (Political Science, Bryn Mawr College) and Miriam Peskowitz, author of Playground Revolution (forthcoming Spring 2005). Discussion was facilitated by Anne Dalke (English; Feminist and Gender Studies, Bryn Mawr College). This website is provided by Serendip, the Center for Science in Society and the Feminist and Gender Studies Program at Bryn Mawr to faciliate continuing conversation about what it is we want, and how we go about negotiating the institutional structures we need for getting it... |
Links both to a summary of the discussion and a list of
participants are provided below. All visitors to the site are warmly
invited to add further reflections and additional resources in the on-line forum area. For
additional information, contact Anne
Dalke.
