SHAUNA BLANCHARD-MBANGAH

Ms. Blanchard-Mbangah has served as a Program Specialist in FEMA's Recovery Division since 2002. During her tenure she has worked on the Fire Management Assistance Grant Program, Catastrophic Planning initiatives, and most recently, Emergency Support Function #14 - Long Term Community Recovery. Prior to joining FEMA, she worked for the Corporation for National and Community Service where she supported the management and implementation of Senior Corps demonstration projects across the nation. Ms. Blanchard-Mbangah has also worked for the Peace Corps for four and a half years, serving in multiple capacities ranging from Country Desk Officer to overseas Administrative Officer. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cameroon, West Africa from 1991-94. In addition to her work experience, Ms. Blanchard-Mbangah has a B.A. in Economics and Anthropology.
