Abstract:
The role of the statistician as related to the stages of
development for a new drug will be discussed. Discussion will
include how statistical thinking influences drug development. The
roles and increasing levels of responsibility of statisticians as
they progress in the statistical job ladder in Pharmaceutical
Clinical Development will be outlined.
