The President's Advisory Committee on Planning and Construction (PACPAC) advises the President on the planning, programming, design, construction, equipping, and furnishing of new buildings and existing ones that undergo major renovations.
Membership consists of the Associate Vice President for Facilities Management and Services (Chair), the Provost, the Vice President for Student Life, the Vice President for Employee Relations, the Treasurer, the Associate Treasurer-Finance, an Academic Dean, Chair of the Capital/Space Advisory Committee, President and Immediate Past President of the Faculty Senate, President of the Delaware Undergraduate Student Congress, a student selected by DUSC, a representative of the Professional Advisory Council, a representative of the Salaried Staff Advisory Council, and the University Secretary.
