Budget Introduction


The Operating Budget Policies and Procedures (OBPP) was compiled to provide direction to chairpersons/budget administrators in carrying out their responsibility to utilize university resources effectively and efficiently.

The OBPP discusses university procedures for recruiting, hiring, and replacing personnel, along with policies which govern the use of funds associated with these lines including salary increases.
