Attached is information pertaining to employee(s) in your unit who are on terminal contracts. Should you wish to award a salary merit increase to these individuals, a PAF must be completed with the new salary information and returned to Budget no later than May 8, 1991.
The merit pool amount available to be distributed is 5% of the annual rate for professionals and 5% plus a structural adjustment based on academic rank for faculty. The amount of the merit dollars available is included on the attached sheet. This amount is not included in your budget turnaround merit pool and may not be used to distribute to individuals other than those on Terminal Contracts.
