SUBJECT: Employee Budget Turnaround Form
Enclosed are the Budget Turnaround Forms for bargaining unit faculty, professional and salaried staff, department chairpersons and part-time faculty in your area as well as Vacant Position Lists for all vacant positions.

The merit pool percentage for bargaining unit faculty is 2% and the across-the-board increase is 3%. The merit pool percentage for professional and salaried staff, chairpersons and part-time faculty is 5%. Attached is a sheet indicating the amount of your merit pool as of the date the employee sheets were printed.

Detailed instructions on actual completion of the forms, which are attached to this memo for reference, will only be sent to the individuals receiving this memo. If additional copies are needed for departments under your administration, we will send them upon request.

I will notify each of you in writing when your sheets have been checked, so that you may inform your employees of their 1991-92 salaries.

The forms, including the Vacant Position Lists, are to be returned to Budget, 308 Hullihen Hall, by May 8, 1991 by security officer or in person. These documents should not be sent through campus mail.
