The University provides dental insurance for eligible employees and their families, if selected. Minimal guidelines for the plan include 100 percent coverage for diagnostic and preventative procedures; 80-20 percent co-pay ($25 deductible) on restorative, oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontics ($1,000 annual maximum per person); and 50-50 percent co-pay on orthodontics up to $1,000 lifetime per family member.
