University faculty who are not eligible for the University Retirement Program (TIAA/CREF), may be grandfathered in the State of Delaware Pension Plan. A mandatory personal contribution of 3 percent of monthly earnings in excess of $500 up to the monthly social security base and 5 percent thereafter shall be paid to the State Employees' Retirement Fund.
