Agricultural Extension staff members holding cooperative appointments with the U. S. Department of Agriculture and drawing 51 percent or more of their salary from Extension funds participate in the Federal Retirement Plan and in the University Retirement Plan (unless grandfathered in the State of Delaware Pension Plan).
