Hints for Using Adobe Acrobat Reader with my Note Files
My notes are in "Landscape" page format (width is the longer
dimension). The later versions of Acrobat Reader sense this and
automatically rotate the page for viewing and fill the screen
nicely. .
For older Acrobat Reader software, the pages may start out rotated
in the Reader.
They may also start out much larger than the Reader's
Window.
When used within a Web Browser page, Acrobat Reader does NOT have a Menu Bar at
the top of its window.
To rotate and resize you MUST
use the Button Bar just Above the Text at the
top of
the Reader's Window.
- To Rotate Clockwise: Click on the
second button from the right.
- To ReSize: Click on the Arrow just
to the right of the view size % to pull down the size menu. Select:
- Fit in Window for Reader Version
5.
- Fit Page for Reader Version 6.
