The Pond merges with the UDFSC
We are pleased to announce that the membership of the
First State Figure Skating Club, located at the Pond in
Newark, Delaware, has elected to merge their organization
with the University of Delaware Figure Skating Club. The
First State Figure Skating Club is now known as the UDFSC
at the Pond; skaters at the Pond will be identified as
representing the University of Delaware Figure Skating
Club. A separate Board of Directors will be maintained
for the UDFSC at the Pond: officers are Monica Dabney,
President; Lydia Hazeltine, Secretary; and Lanetta
Clendaniel, Treasurer.
We are very excited to be partnering with the skaters at the Pond and expect that we will be able to provide greater opportunities for Club ice, testing and other Club activities. Please welcome our newest members!
