2000 Developmental
Team
Congratulations to Anna Peng on making the 2000 USFSA
Developmental Team. Performing well in March at the U.S. Junior
Figure Skating Championships earned her spot on the Team.

Congratulations to Alice Rakowski, president of the UDFSC, on her
Bronze dance judge appointment.
Performing in Shows
If you are invited to appear in holiday shows, be sure the event
is sanctioned by the USFSA or you may lose your competitive
eligibility. Call Alice Rakowski, UDFSC Sanctions Officer, on
(302) 831-4686 if you have any questions on sanctioned events.
Upcoming Test Sessions
The following test sessions are scheduled. If you plan to test,
be sure to get your application in by the deadlines listed below,
as these sessions are likely to fill quickly. Applications must
be in the lockbox by 5:00 p.m. on the application due dates
below.

The HenEssentials Pro Shop located in the Fred Rust Arena

Collegiate Competition
The University of Delaware Collegiate Figure Skating Club is
hosting a collegiate competition on Dec. 2 at the UD Ice Arenas.
Skaters from colleges on the East Coast will be competing for
team scores in freestyle, dance and synchronized skating. Events
will be held most of the day. The public is invited to attend.
Practice Times at the
Pond
Ice is available for skaters who wish to run through their
exhibition routines at the Pond. The times are on Saturdays
before Public Sessions from 11-11:15 a.m. or 2-2:15 p.m. Call
Monica Dabney or Chris Hefner on (302) 234-2486 to schedule a
time or for more information.
Club Ice
The club hosts two sessions on Sundays, except holiday weekends,
in the Rust Ice Arena as follows:
| 5:00 - 5:45 p.m. | dance preferred session |
| 5:45 - 6:30 p.m. | freestyle preferred session |
The cost to UDFSC members is $10.00 per session or you may purchase a ticket for $70.00, which reduces the cost to $9.00 per session. Club ice is also available at the Pond on Saturdays from 9:40- 10:40 a.m. at a cost of $9.00.
