University of Delaware Figure Skating Club Winter 2007 Newsletter |
Having been at both Junior Nationals and Nationals as a coach, I was able to see many of our skaters in action. Watching the intensity and desire that each of you display makes me realize why our club has grown into one of the most well known clubs in the country. It is clear that each of you brings inspiration to the beginner skaters and offers them a glimpse of what the future may hold.
As the competitive season winds down, the Board of the University of Delaware Figure Skating Club and I would like to extend its thanks to those of you who have represented the club this past season at the National and International level. Every one of you has brought recognition to the University of Delaware Figure Skating Club through hard work and dedication. We want to congratulate you for your achievements.
And for our skaters heading to Worlds in Japan, we want to wish them an exciting trip and much success.
Jerry Santoferrara
