SMDC orientation
University Library offers Student Multimedia Design Center orientation sessions
8:49 a.m., Feb. 1, 2016--The University of Delaware Library will offer Student Multimedia Design Center (SMDC) orientation sessions this month.
Participants will learn about the facility and services offered at the SMDC, which is located in the lower level of the Morris Library.

Each orientation session will begin with an informative tour of the studios, classrooms and general computing areas that comprise the SMDC. Participants will learn about the multimedia services and other library services offered by the center.
Participants will meet at the SMDC service desk at the start of each orientation.
Identical sessions will be available from 2-3 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 9; from 2-3 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 11; and from 3-4 p.m., Friday, Feb. 12.
Multimedia Collections and Services Department staff members will lead the sessions.
These workshops are available at no charge and are open to University of Delaware faculty, staff and students. Seating is limited and registration is required. Online registration is available at this website.
If the times offered do not work for an individual’s schedule, they can schedule an orientation at their convenience by contacting the center through the AskSMDC form.
