Workshop to explore how to release feelings through journaling

7:17 p.m., Sept. 16, 2013--"Writing to Heal," a workshop on how to express and release difficult feeling through journaling, will be offered this month by the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program

Open to all UD faculty and staff, the workshop will be held from 10 a.m.-noon, Tuesday, Sept. 24, in Room 261 at 413 Academy St.

June 6: UDid It! Picnic

All UD faculty and staff members are invited to attend the annual UDid It! employee appreciation picnic, set from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Monday, June 6, on The Green.

2FA protects you

If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), even if a hacker has your password, your information is probably safe.

Participants will learn how to use diverse techniques to acknowledge the things that bring them gratitude. The rule for this type of journaling is honesty. No writing in the workshop has to be shared. 

Leading the workshop will be Joan Leof, a lifelong journal writer who has presented writing workshops for groups and individuals for more than 25 years. She recently published her first book, Fatal If Swallowed: Reclaiming Creativity and Hope Along the Unchartered Path.
