UD offers 'Employee Wellness Coaching: From Resolutions to Reality'
2:53 p.m., Jan. 15, 2014--In this season of new beginnings, University of Delaware faculty and staff have a new way to make their resolutions a reality by working with a certified wellness coach through the HealthyU Employee Wellness Program.
“Most people do not achieve their New Year’s resolutions because they fail to think through all the steps needed to be successful,” says Linda Smith of HealthyU, who conducts wellness coaching sessions for employees in person on the Newark campus or by phone. “Wellness coaches serve as a sounding board and provide accountability for individuals to who wish to sustain positive lifestyle changes.”
