These changes, and how it will affect UD, will be highlighted in this seminar. Additionally, session leaders will discuss the efforts on campus regarding awareness/prevention campaigns for students, current compliance efforts with Title IX regulations and other gender-based violence initiatives happening on our campus.
May 8 – Equity in Brief: Parental Leave at the University of Delaware. This one-hour seminar, designed to showcase underutilized resources on the UD campus, will present an overview of parental leave at the University. Panelists will discuss the current policy, share experiences of taking parental leave and highlight relevant resources such as the Nursing Mother’s Room. This seminar is open to all faculty and staff, and managers are encouraged to attend to be able to provide this information to their staff members.
