For those guests looking for more casual fare, the Darden Bistro, also located on the second floor of the Trabant University Center, offers a three-course theatre menu, a tapas style small plate menu, custom cocktails and an extensive wine selection. The Darden Bistro is open from 5:30 p.m., Wednesday through Friday.
