Newark Police investigate indecent exposure in store


11:56 a.m., Aug. 16, 2013--Newark Police are investigating the report of an indecent exposure incident that occurred at approximately 1:50 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 15, inside the Goodwill Store at the Newark Shopping Center on East Main Street. 

A 6-year-old child reported that an unknown man approached her while she stood outside a dressing room waiting for her mother. The child reported that the man pulled his pants down exposing his genitals. The child called for her mother, and the man left the store in an unknown direction. 

The suspect is described as 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 180-195 pounds, with dirty blond, shoulder-length hair. He was wearing a blue shirt with black stripes and black pants.
