University of Delaware graduates planning to attend Alumni Weekend are encouraged to register for the annual Blue Hen 5K walk and run, which will be held Sunday morning, June 5.

June 6-9: Food and culture series

The 20th annual June Lecture Series at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UD in Wilmington will be held June 6-9. Titled 'June a la Carte,' this year's program focuses on great political documents, feminism, world politics and a Newark cuisine sampler.

“In previous years, the gala has been held on-site in temporary space,” says health sciences dean Kathleen Matt. “This year, our guests will have the opportunity to see how the former Chrysler administration building has been transformed into teaching and office spaces, how the high-bay space is utilized in movement analysis labs, and how a main street hallway in the building connects research discovery to cutting-edge clinical treatments.”

Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet the UD partners who made the transformation possible: Delle Donne and Associates, Tevebaugh Architects, and Bancroft Construction
