Facilities and Auxiliary Services prepares for change from cooling to heating

2:37 p.m., Oct. 8, 2012--As the fall weather sets in, Facilities and Auxiliary Services is in the process of changing from cooling to heating buildings across the University of Delaware campus. 

Operations Center supervisor John Schwander said he wants the campus community to know that as the changeover occurs, there will be times that some building temperatures will be cooler than usual.

Schwander says, “Facilities will continue to monitor night-time low temperatures and extended weather forecasts to ensure that adequate heating is available when needed.“

Shwander urges those who may experience any issues due to the changeover to report them to Facilities at 831-1141 or through the online Fixit form
