State Police on campus for bomb squad demo Aug. 2

3:16 p.m., July 24, 2012--The Delaware State Police Bomb Squad will be on the University's Newark campus on Thursday, Aug. 2, but in a strictly educational way.

The Bomb Squad will be conducting a demonstration for youngsters enrolled in the New Arc Academy summer camp, sponsored by the Office of Educational Technology.

2FA protects you

If you are using two-factor authentication (2FA), even if a hacker has your password, your information is probably safe.

Police will have a robot and other bomb detection/removal equipment at the demonstration, which will be held beginning at 9 a.m. at the Willard Hall Education Building. 

The demonstration is open only to the campers.
